Return & Refund Policy

At Tales of Travel Design Studio, each piece is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we kindly ask you to review your selections closely before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).

To request a return, send us an email with your order number and a clear description (and photo) of the issue. If approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Please note: As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

About Colors

Due to differences in screen displays and print processes, slight color variations may occur between what you see online and the final printed product. These minor differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll happily resolve it with a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue with our print partner.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank to process it.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, email us again.
