Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As a small and growing business, occasional delays may occur - especially during peak periods or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping is handled by our print-on-demand partner and typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather events, carrier issues, or seasonal surges such as holidays.

Holiday & Seasonal Delays
Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during major US holidays and high-demand periods. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Made-to-Order Products
All items are made to order to reduce waste and promote sustainable practices. This means your order is produced after you place it and may ship in separate packages if you order multiple items. Because of this, we do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

Address Changes After Purchase
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to guarantee changes to shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize a mistake shortly after placing your order, contact us via email or the contact form as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check with neighbors or your local carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Packaging
We strive to minimize wasteful packaging while ensuring your order arrives safely. Items may ship separately depending on production and fulfillment logistics.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in print compared to what you see on your screen. Variations in display settings, lighting, and material can affect color perception. These differences are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund.
